Here is a few pics of my radio shack.
I am fortunate enough to have a large shed in my yard, which came with a built in room. The Shed is 12m by 9 m and the room is 3m by 2.5m. It's a great place to escape to.

Hi Pat,
All those Irish and EU qsl cards are from the 1989 and 1998 cycle.
Waiting impatiently for some EU conditions, and will be listening out for you when we finally get some.

Nice one Dan,
I would have been around myself.
I started radio in 1979 and dxing in 82.
89, i had a moonraker 4 and a sommerkamp 767.
98, i was mobile only. I have not had a home base since 1992 and now work mobile onl..
Alinco dx70, with sirio megawatt 4000 plus RM,kl 501, (300-350 watts.)
I travel to a near by mountain at the weekend's and use an Imax 2000 and sirio 3 element beam at 508 meter's.

We use to chat all the time.
I remember talking to him on FM one day just for the craic, lol
